RMR Global offers a wide range of recruiting services and techniques, to give our clients the flexibility they need, including:
Designed to fulfil both individual search assignments
& ongoing openings, where a fee is only payable upon successful placement.
“Contingent” (”Non Exclusive” or “Non Retained” and “Contingent Exclusive”) assignments are performed at an agreed fee for service (as percentage of compensation package).
A dedicated search team created to full a position in
a short and specified period of time.
“Retained” assignments are exclusive to RMR Global and the fee structure is subject to individual client negotiation depending on the role and relevant client requirements.

RMR’s preference is to work for its clients on either a non exclusive or exclusive contingent fee basis (fee payable only once placement achieved) allowing for its clients to engage the firm with minimal cost risk and complexity.
Undertaking client assignments on a contingent basis underlies our confidence to deliver results whilst competing head on with our competitors be they on a client’s preferred provider panel or not .
Our approach to setting fees for service is to negotiate and tailor these on a case by case basis and to resolve such matters with the client prior to commencement.
For contingent searches, these are normally invoiced upon successful appointment of a candidate. Retained searches are invoiced over the life of the assignment, according to milestones defined in a pre-agreed schedule.

RMR Global can also facilitate short or fixed term contract retentions and thereby provide clients with access to the flexibility and other benefits inherent in such approaches.
